Anyone else burn DVDs of their fansubs? I have close to 500 now and when I really like a series, or when something has an instantly identifiable icon or logo to it I'll label my DVD of it with a title or logo or what have you. I pretty much get any anime that piques my interest, which makes for a full 650GB(my system's total capacity) quite often. Anyway, here are a few of my custom labels that I'm proud of:

Bamboo Blade and Shmup Toys Make for a Good Day

Got a few things in the post today, the most fantastic of which is a 1/8 PVC figure of Kawazoe Tamaki from Bamboo Blade. Tama-chan looks adorable and is very well sculpted, she's from Kotobukiya. She comes in full kendo garb, with a shinai and a dojo floor-like base that she is screwed onto. Yes, I didn't have to stick bloody plastic pegs into the bottoms of her feet, she came completely bolted to the floor. I also got a set of Shooting Historica Vol. 2 from NCS, which includes ships from shmups of years past. This set included the Ragnarok R-90 from R-Type III, the R-Gray 1 from Raystorm, Opa Opa from Fantasy Zone ^^;, G.A.I.A. from Star Luster, Geo Sword from Star Blade and MUSHA Aleste from Aleste.

The R-Gray 1 also has enough parts to be considered an honorable Lego model.

Had to use superglue to make this one straight, and its nose is still crooked.

My Negima Figumate collection. The ones in the swimsuits are a Dragoncube Special Edition, and I've only ever seen them for sale once. And I bought them! ^^

This corner has changed since I took this picture, another corkboard and pretty much everything has moved. Note the really awesome Bleach poster on the right. It's part of the 2008 Jump calendar, I chopped it up into 6 or 8 posters. ^^; Who likes calendars anyway?

The Giant TV Cometh

So I got a giant 40" Samsung flat-panel HD LCD TV yesterday, and now my living space's, er space, is even more at a premium than it was before.

Started putting stuff on the ceiling due to space constrictions on the walls.

Even the ぬいぐるみ have felt the crunch.... =P

Keroro heads hanging above. They look pretty cool swaying in the breeze. In case you're curious, they were capsules for figures, and the coolest capsules I've ever seen at that.

All of these pens smell like something, cept for the bottom one. From the top, scents include: Ramune, Cola, Orange, Animal Biscuit (which is especially sweet), and finally Curry. Yes, a Chicken Curry scented marker. And it never fails to make my hungry. ^^;

New Digicam, Time to Take Tons of Stupid Pics!

Almost a year to the day, I get a new digicam and my blog is revived! I got a brand new Casio Exilim EX-S10 today, and it is quite a hot little package. 10 megapixels, face recognition, lots of different pre-made shot designations, all in all good stuff. Anyway, here comes the eye candy with captions: ^^;

Yes, I am just that obsessed that I love the packaging of certain Japanese products so much that I put them on my wall. In this case the item in question is Bakery Flat Style Pretz (pronounced 'pritz') that actually tastes like a BLT, it's kinda crazy. The last time my cousin was in Japan she ate Pizza Pretz so much that her friend told her she started to smell like pizza.

Sakura-flavored Kit Kat, yum! That package is awesome, sakura is and has always been one of my favorite images. On a side note it actually tastes kind of like banana, and my friend Laura seems to think coconut too.

The best thing ever, and I ended up only getting one bag. コパン(Copan) Maple Sugar flavor, and it's soooo good. It tastes like gourmet Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
